- Post and manage vacant positions
- Manage interview schedules and register for career fairs

Getting Started with Handshake
▼ Registering for Handshake
To register for Handshake as an employer, follow the steps below:
- 访问 http://southalabama.joinhandshake.com/login 创建用户配置文件. If your organization does not already have an employer account, you will need to create one by selecting '在这里注册在右上角.
- Once you have signed up, you will receive an email to verify your information. 点击 on the link in the email to finish the registration process. 在你完成之后 creating a company profile or join an existing company, please notify 职业发展 (careerdevelopment@aprender-a-bailar.com or 251-460-6188) to expedite the approval process.
Once your account/profile has been approved, you will be able to log in to Handshake 发布一份工作.
▼ Posting a Job, 合作社, or Internship Opportunity
- 选择'工作' tab on the left side of the navigation bar. This will bring up the Job Postings 页面.
- 选择“新工作的 in the upper right-hand corner.
- Once you’ve arrived on the job form, complete the required fields and select '创建工作” 在表格的最后. To ensure the position shows up in a variety of searches, complete as many of the fields as possible.
- You will be asked to complete the Job Qualifications to match up with qualified students. Once you’re finished, select '更新资格.' This will bring you to the job summary 页面, where you can see all of the information 你刚刚进入.
- The new job has now been submitted for approval and will be approved within 2-3 business 天.
